1. FAULTY PRODUCT - Print Error or Quality Issue: Should you notice a print error or quality issue related to the production process, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Attach clear images of the problem and your order details, and we will work diligently to rectify the situation.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

• The product/s are returned after use.
• The products are damaged from the customer's end.
• If sizes are chosen incorrectly, exchanges are not available.

Additional Information:

• Dumbfounded is not responsible for packages lost or misdirected due to incorrectly provided addresses.
• If a package is returned to us for any reason and requires re-shipping, the cost of re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Dumbfounded is not responsible for general returns/exchanges unrelated to the mentioned issues.
• *Refunds are not applicable as of now, exchanges only if in case of faulty products*
• Exchange timeline: 5-7 days
